Evaluation of Babylon Health chatbot part 1

 Today I am going to share with you some screenshots of my first usage of Babylon health chatbot and provide commentary on them. But before evaluating that, I have sent link to this software to few of my friends to see their feedback. However, most of them asked if it is free to use. In this case which i forgot to mention in my previous post, Babylon Health chatbot is free to use and even has mobile app for Android and iOS (How it works, n.d.).

In the beginning, a chatbot is giving you notice that you can feel free to ask questions about your symptoms. Below you can see the question if you are looking for help or checking someones else symptoms. As I was curious about my latest fitness I have chosen the "Me" option.

After that, it sends you a quick notification that it is only providing you general information and not a diagnosis from an expert. In addition, there is also a note when you should not use this software.

In this case, I had to specify a symptom I am dealing with. Lately, I have been struggling with some kind of Insomnia - waking up a few times per night and never feel fresh in the morning. So I have typed in a specified space my symptom, and then a few kinds of insomnia appeared. I have chosen severe insomnia symptoms and proceed further.
